Clinically Integrated Networks (CIN)

High-Quality, Coordinated Care

A clinically integrated network (CIN) gives independent physicians the opportunity to negotiate fee-for-service reimbursement rates and helps private practices achieve better quality and cost savings.

  • TXCIN is the largest collaboration of independent physicians in DFW
  • TXCIN is a different kind of ACO for DFW independent physicians
  • TXCIN is an independent physician-owned and governed ACO for both primary and specialty care physicians
  • Members earn quarterly financial payments and shared savings rewards
  • Participating physicians have the option to purchase stock in TXCIN’s parent company
  • Members can select which contracts they would like to participate in – there is no obligation to join each contract
  • There is no requirement to change EMRs or pay membership dues
